Yesterday my selfie stick came.  It seems like a cool device.  Maybe I will try it out tonight.

I had some cramps in my legs in the night.  Perhaps it's due to low carb?  I will be pounding water today.

I ordered a new shirt from Joe Banks last night.  $20 with shipping included.  I tried on some shirts and it seems like I'm right on the verge of fitting into an 18 which is awesome.

Pain in my bif toe on the right foot.  I sure hope it isn't gout.
